Are Rains® products completely waterproof?
Yes, our products are designed to withstand moderate to heavy rainfall. We use a signature waterproof PU fabric with ultrasonically welded seams to ensure a water column pressure of 4000mm to 6000mm, keeping you dry in all conditions.
How should I clean and maintain my Rains® jacket?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat and agitation can damage the waterproof coating. Always air dry your garment away from direct sunlight.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a return shipping label.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate applies based on your geographical location.
Do you offer a warranty on your bags and apparel?
Yes, all Rains® products are covered by a two-year manufacturing warranty. This covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
