Rains offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return any unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging for a full refund. Our goal is to ensure your waterproof gear meets your expectations and provides lasting protection against the elements.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Access our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original shipping bag or a similar protective box, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package at your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep the receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
